We have added a numerically controlled string saw to our permanent offer.
Rigid steel structure of the machine combined with advanced control
and drives implemented on digital servo drives
high cutting precision and reliability.
Purpose: cutting shapes in materials such as polyurethane foams,
mineral wool, upholstery foam, cardboard blocks, etc.

Fast wire drive: 3 phase 4 kW engine driven by inverter

Wire tenson: pneumatic actuator with force adjustment
X &Y axis drive: AC servo (2 motors – X axis, 1 motor – Y axis)
X & Y transmission: rack and pinion (X), tooth belts (Y)
Linear movment: trapezoid guidelines.
CNC control: independent USB controller with LCD touch panel
PC software: automatic toolpath generation, support for PLT & DXF files
Maximum rapid movement XY: 8000 mm/min
