Multi-wire thermal plotter – ThermoCut Multiwire, in its standard configuration, enables simultaneous cutting with 15 cutting wires in the full working area of ​​the machine.
This plotter will be used in the serial production of identical elements.
It is often used for cutting moldings, architectural stucco and polystyrene fittings for packaging.
Thanks to the simultaneous operation of 15 (optionally even 50) wires, we gain a 15-fold (or even 50-fold) increase in production efficiency.

Optionally, the plotter can be equipped with inclined cutting heads.
The solution is dedicated to companies where, in addition to cutting polystyrene shapes, there is also the task of cutting blocks into slices.
The technology of beveled wires has been known so far from the line for the production of polystyrene boards. It prevents the plate ends from being damaged by the falling material when all the wires come out of the material at the same time.

The multi-wire plotter can be additionally equipped with conveyor belts and vertical cutting wires,
creating a universal line for cutting and formatting polystyrene blocks.

An innovative approach to working on a thermal plotter.
It provides the functionality of a PC along with the control software in a small, handy housing. Frees the operator from using a desktop computer. The panel enables full control of the machine, from setting cutting parameters, through precise shifting movements in manual mode, to handling files for cutting.
A unique solution is to display a preview of the files to be cut on the LCD panel. This allows for initial verification of the selection of the project to be processed. An additional advantage of the operator panel is the possibility of placing a PC sensitive to dust and conditions prevailing in the production hall in a separate room.
